Hi, I'm Kat and I live in Europe. I'm not very big, so o speak. I am 5'3'' and I weigh around 56 kg or about 123, 5 lb. So I've been struggling to get these few pounds off myself my whole life. Except for the time I was actually really active.
But now that I have to attend the university I don't have much time, ALTHOUGH I just signed up for aerobics/fitness classes and today was my first lesson and it kicked my butt.
Long story short, I am trying to lose around 6-8 kilograms of fat and gain some muscle mass. And here's where MFP comes in - I need the motivation to keep going. I tend to think that "Nah, I 'll just skip today and read a book instead" and with reading a book/watching TV come snacks. Unhealthy snack.
So, guys, add me as a friend, I will be your motivational support and you be mine, kay?
