Getting back on track after gaining back weight lost

I'm living proof that you cannot ignore your health. I can list the excuses why I've gained 10 pounds back of my 25 pound loss. Stress, too tired to go to the gym, working too much, kids gone and I'm alone alot. They are all just that.... excuses. My health has to be my first priority or I won't be able to enjoy the rest. I've had great success here in the past. My daughter convinced me to join her in getting healthy again. Please add me as a friend so we can support one another.
