Weight going crazy

Does anyone else have this problem? Yesterday my weight was up 2.4 pounds. This morning i was down the 2.4 pounds.
this driving me crazy. It always happens on my weigh in day and as a result I am showing I have not lose anything.
I did have a bad week last week but the other weeks I stuck to my alotted calories and exercises 5X weekly.

Maybe I should just weigh myself weekly ( but the scale calls me each morning) How do the rest of you weigh in daily or weekly?

    I also take my measurements because the scale for me is not reliable. The scale does this to me too! I get so annoyed with it. I'm not sure what causes this. For me it usually does this right before I drop another pound or so. Either that or my scale is broken. lol My clothes are more lose and my measurements are in the numbers, I have in fact lost inches all over my body. I just started the Shred to help get extra fat off. So I'm hoping my next weigh in "I do it once a week" shows the scale coming down some.

    I'm addicited. I get on the scale several times a day. BUT I only log once a week on Sundays. I take a rest day on Saturday (no excercise). If you have sore muscles after excercise they hold back water.

    I also record measurements once a week

    I usually only weight myself 1-2 a week. I weigh in exactly the same time each weight in... I wear exactly the same clothes when I weigh in... ......
