women's problem

So as my body shapes up I'm really happy about what I see... except for one thing. I feel like my chest has for so long been the one thing that helped me feel good "in my own skin" if you will, but now when I'm all birthday suit its the worst thing about me. Its not the fact that I've lost mass there as I have in so many places its that I am actually sagging from the lost mass. I'M 24!! I'm scared I'm going to go through the rest of my life looking in the mirror at this horrible reminder that I once let myself get really big.
It just feels so unfair that the thing that always gave me confidence, is taking it away now that I've worked so hard to be hot and healthy... a weird betrayal of sorts. :frown:
Anybody out there feel the same?

I hear ya but you are young enough that you need to give yourself a year or two after you have reached your goals for your skin to catch up. Best advice I can give you is to wear a snug bra for as much of the day as you can stand, even bedtime if possible. This will help support the area and you will want to use the same trick if you ever nurse babies, god knows they reak havoc on your mammories! :laugh:0

If you do some weight training that focuses in on that area you'll see a difference. I'm 32 and yep my girls have lost weight with me, BUT they are a little more perky since I've done strength training. I'm sure in time yours will be back!0

I'm in your same situation:flowerforyou: my whole body sags! I will have to have surgery to correct my stomach, and I may consider a breast lift or something along those lines down the road. I think the best thing to do is to try and do exercises that focus on the area for now. You're going to look great big boobies or not0

Thanks for the support, I'll focus a bit more on the pecs for now and give it some time. LOL sucks though...
:laugh:0 -
I'm not sure in what way a big fat chest along with extra pudge all over the body can boost a woman's self-confidence but let me tell you this: as long as you have breasts (supposed you are not someone flat) they will inevitably sag some with time, it doesn't matter wether you have weight issues or not or if you have babies or not, they just sag bit by bit. At 24 I was just slightly overweight (not obese like I am now) and although I was the same weight I was at 18, my girls (38C if I remember right) weren't quite the same. If yours have stayed as perky before you started your weight loss, it might just mean you have been gaining weight in the chest area which preserved their "rounded" look. Personally I like my girls much more right now after I lost 35 pounds and about 10 inches off my chest, I wouldn't say the loss have caused sagging but then again I have a lot more weight to lose so I can't know what the situation will be in a few months from now. You can try the usual "tricks" like massage them, especially water massage with switching of hot and cold water and wear a snug bra like Nich0le already suggested. It may not shrink the skin all the way back but it sure does help a lot. :flowerforyou:0

Trust me its the weight loss that caused the sag, 20 lbs ago they were full and normal and now they're at least a cup-size smaller and hang lower/down. Thanks for the suggestions though.0
