Jane Fonda: work out/ does it work?

Hi I'm a teen who wants to lose 20 kilos, 40 pouns in six months. If I did 45 minute work out of aerobics and high impact excersises, would the Jane Fonda work out work? I can't do it today, but I can do it tomorrow. Today I'm going to eat out at a friend's house. I wonder does anyone know this tape? It works your Abs, buns and thighs. Got any clue? I will have to cut out sugar aswell, and drink green tea whenever I am not sure what I want to eat.

    Any form of exercise that gets your heartrate up and your breathing heavy burns calories, so yes it will work, but remember that, simple jumping jacks work just as well, it's all about your heartrate, nothing more....

    Certain activities/dvd's target parts of your body but you will lose weight and benefit just by moving and raising your heart rate.

    A healthy weight loss would be 4-8lbs a month. and remember that weight loss starts in your kitchen, or your mouth, you can exercise all you want but if you put more calories in your mouth than you exercise or use to function in a day, you will still gain weight, not lose some.
