A Visual Look at Sugar Content

A friend of mine sent me this website today to show how much sugar there is in the food we consume presented by 4gms sugar cubes. It can get really disturbing once you get into the Thanksgiving and Dessert sections, have to say this makes me pay even more attention to my sugar intake.

Wow, what a great website! Thank you SO much for sharing! I'm definitely going to pass this on. It's mind blowing how much sugar can be hidden in foods. Especially in the low calorie cookies, granola bars etc. The low fat version of products have almost as many calories as the original, and the same amount of sugar! It really makes you think before you eat!0

I agree, when I first saw it the more foods I went through, the more it got worse knowing Ive consumed many of these foods and that is what I put into my body0
