This might sound silly!

I feel like I'm learning and this might sound silly but I bought a dairy milk today and realised after 4 squares I had enough! I have never left chocolate without finishing the entire bar. Every day it goes a tiny bit easier :)

    You are so right...every day it gets a little bit easier. My weakness is not chocolate but things like potato chips, french fries, hamburgers, anything with cheese, etc. Now I find that even when I do eat those things, I don't eat near as much. I have no problem not cleaning my plate anymore even when the food is really yummy. And now that I'm exercising most days, it feels strange to skip a day. I think I've finally made it a habit to eat healthier and exercise regularly. It feels great!

    Me to! Definetly not silly I love hershey's chocolate bars. Before I decided to make this lifestyle change I could eat a whole bar and not think twice about it. Now I can eat 3-4 squares wrap the rest up and put it in the cabinet and not think about it anymore. I find it awesome that I can do that now. I do not feel the need to overindulge because I do not deny myself anything.

    Is the dairy milk cadbury because not eating the whole bar is sooooooooooo not a silly thing to be proud of. :smile:

    I've actually figured out my weakness is free food. At least I don't think free food equal free calories anymore. *cough*
