Not New to MFP, but need support

Hi Everyone! I've had MFP for about two years now and have been using it on and off. I recently weighed in at the doctor and am absolutely in shock that I've let my weight creep up on my. Weighing in at about 202 lbs, I NEED to start losing weight - not only for the health benefits, but also for my mental well being. I feel like crap.

After exercising for 8 months straight (January - August) every morning 5 days a week, I didn't get the results I wanted. I gave up, and wish I didn't now. I'm on my second week of p90x and may add in some extra cardio to jump start my weight loss.

I can't help thinking back to when I weighed 140ish, not too bad for my 5'6 body. I know if I could do it then, I can do it now. I never ask for help, support or motivation, but I'm in need of it now. The before and after photos on this site help me realize that it IS possible to lose this keg I'm carrying around, and I'd love to have a success story like those of you who have posted pictures!

So here is my introduction, hoping to make more friends on here who can help me be part of the community instead of just someone who logs their calories/exercise.
