PMS and Weight Loss Advice?

I have been good about consistently staying in my 1300 calorie a day limit, not being too hungry, and losing weight in my first month and half of being on MFP. Does anyone have advice about how to stay on track when how should I say this... aunt flow comes to visit? I have strong cravings and am more hungry than usual. I don't want to get derailed on the great progress I am seeing.
