Im fighting fatigue today....I really need my morning workouts...if I don't get them, I feel so lethargic all day.....anyone have any suggestions for the days I can't work out in the morn?

I like to workout in the morning as well. On my off days that I don't, I always have a morning coffee and eat a healthy, hearty breakfast that is usually eggs, bacon and a piece of toast.

Well, I have sort of an opposite problem - if I work out in the AM, I feel fatigued all day, but I sometimes feel very tired in the morning either way. I've been told that energy issues are a common problem for women with PCOS since our bodies aren't efficient at converting calories into energy.

One thing that I have found really does help is doing some deep breathing exercises, which I can do at my desk while I'm working, so no one even sees that I'm doing it. 10 minutes does the trick. There is something about the deep breathing that really energizes me. I often use it in the afternoon too.

Wait...has no one every told you about coffee?! When I feel sluggish/fatigued it always helps to do my hair and make-up (while listening to some really upbeat music).
