Sorry guys, I need assistance from my sisters! Anyone have an opinion on a bra that is good for high impact activities for those of us whose "girls" are larger than a B cup (D, DD)? The little pull on workout bras are ok when I lift weights or do yoga, but are useless when I run or dance.
Thanks in advance!

and kwon martial arts sells these great jogging bras with removable breast protectors. the impact received to the breast from a sword blow is not felt. These do not protect the sternum, so I always add a sternum plate / heart guard to my bras! http://www.weplaysports.com/baseball/heart/guard/ Just wrap a heavy duty ace bandage below the boob line and tape the bandage to prevent unraveling. Slip the sternum plate under it, between the boobs. Viola, you have complete impact resistance to the chest and will not have to worry about a broken chest bone or boob bruise if hit.
if you are talking about a more secure bra for jumping, search the forums for past posts. You just have to find a bra that will flatten you out and has extra wide support straps!0
