I have a pretty simple NSV. I was at the gym running on the treadmill today when I realized my yoga pants were falling off! I had to do my entire run holding them up with one hand.:blushing: :blushing: I started my journey November 1, 2011 and have lost 42 pounds so far and I feel fantastic!

I can't wait to have that problem again! Congrats!
  • That's so great! I mean, it probably wasn't super comfortable to run whilst holding up your pants, but a great feeling none the less!

Before anyone asks, NSV stands for non-scale victory. You're welcome.

    Well done, OP!
  • great job!! I was doing Insanity a couple of weeks ago and realized that I now have 2 pairs of workout pants I can't wear when doing Insanity anymore because they fall off and I have plumber butt during the workout  Nothing feels better than your close getting so big they fall off of you!! way to go!!

awesome! I have the same problem!! I have a pair of size 12 Lululemons that I wear for volleyball or doing weights, but for running I need size 10s and they are already starting to get big!

hopefully the next pair of Lulu's I buy will be a size 8 :D

I was running a Marine Corps physical fitness test yesterday, and out of about 20 of us Marines running 3 miles, I came in 4th! Ran 3 miles in 22:35. Not bad for a 34 year old guy running circles around kids in their mid twenties that should be smoking me.
  • Alright ! Even though you had to run with one hand holding up your pants, the best news from that is a shopping for smaller sizes! :smooched:

Love it!!! Well... not the fact that you almost "mooned" some people but the fact that you have lost the weight and now NEED NEW WORKOUT CLOTHES!!!

    WONDERFUL
