Makes me think of Bill Cosby, "Dad is Great....Gives us Chocolate Cake!" "Wheat, eggs, milk....NUTRITION!!"
Read this article this morning.

And I totally get the concept. When you deny yourself, you WILL eventually give in the the "I don't give a F*&%, I'm gonna EAT THAT!" mentality. When I was a teenager, I lost quite a bit of weight by simply putting off ANY bad eating until breakfast....and limiting that indulgence to ONE serving. It works! REALLY!
I think the key is to pack the cake (or cookies) into one serving containers....for all of you other binge eaters out there - YOU understand why!
And those of us who are lucky enough to leave the house to go to work every day can just leave the remainder of that cake at home....(hidden in the back of the fridge so it's not the first thing we see when we get home and open the fridge to make dinner.)
Anyway, thoughts y'all?
(Oh, btw.....the Hershey's Cocoa cake recipe - located on the back of the container - is THE BEST chocolate cake EVER!)
