excercise and weight loss help!!!!

Hi ,can anyone help, my weight loss has stabilized for the last two weeks,I have been doing lots of excercise in different forms and filling my food planner truthfully . i do feel a lot better and i have plenty of weight to lose.I try not to use my extra calories i earn from excercise so what am i doing wrong or is this normal?????????????

    Plateaus can be VERY frustrating! Sometimes just keeping on keeping on works. Other things that I have heard and I have had success with are:
    Try a new exercise
    Up your calories
    Add a cheat day (eat an extra 100-200 nutritious calories)
    Bump up your water intake
    Have a rest day

    The goal is to keep your body guessing, so it doesn't have time to adjust to a routine and cause a plateau.

    f been reading someone elses post and replies.....think my issue may be lack of water...going to up my intake and see what happens...thanks
