HELP Cal vs Carbs vs Fat vs Protein vs Fiber vs Sod

I am doing great on MFP recommended calories, carbs, fat, and sodium...I seem to keep going over on my protein and fiber, is this detrimental to my weight loss goals and if so how much???

Please help a sister out, thanks:)

    the MFP standard protein allowance is very low, think its around 15%?
    Ive altered mine in 'custom goals' to 40% C / 30% P / 30% F. I also increased sugar to 60 as I could go over 30 just from a glass of milk and an apple!
    dont worry about going over on fibre, you might end up in the bathroom a lot but it wont affect your weight loss!
