How do you log crunches/push-ups?

I am trying to enter in my crunches and push-ups into the exercise diary, and it is asking for weight per repetition. Would this just be how much I weigh? I'm confused about that! Thanks!

  • If I'm doing exercises that use my own bodyweight, I just leave that part blank.

    I think it's assuming that you are doing an exercise like curls or anything else that requires a dumbell or a Bar. I just leave blank as well.
