Yes, definitely not good for low sodium diets. But it's delicious for an every now and again treat!
The serving size I am referring to is 12 ounces (1/4 of the whole recipe). This is HUGE and I have never eaten this much. So, I will revise and say serving size is: 6 ounces and 165 calories per serving :- )0
