1month into a cut complete! NSV with results!!!

very excited with how my results are coming along! i started in the pic on left 11%BF and im down to 7.5%BF already!!!!

i just noticed yesterday for first time ever i am seeing veins running on bottom of my abs(first time in my life lol), arms are showing very good vascularity and when i have a pump n i flex you can tell where my bicep heads separate!

im very excited because right now im doing carb cycling and ECA so it reduces ALOT of water weight and reduces vascularity! so if im already seeing big changes in how lean i am and my vascularity i can just imagine what i will look like once i stop low carbing and ECA!!!!

will post my before and 3 month after pics once im done! the deadline is May 5th and last 2 weeks will be very tuff with getting timing correct for carbing up, creatine loading and dehydrating!!
