I am trying to monitor everything including the 2 hours of straight standing I did yesterday and wanted to go for a walk today during my lunch break. I noticed that in the exercise database you can type in standing and "Fishing on a bank, standing" burns 40 calories for just 10 mins and "Walking at a mod. pace, 3mph" only burns 38 calories for 10 mins. Am I missing something??

I have no answers, but this interests me so I hope someone can cup up with something!
I have to stand on my feet for 12 hours a day all this week at work and need to know how to account for the calories! i doubt very highly it's 40 cals per 10 minutes, otherwise i'd be skinny as anything right now as i'm always standing!0 -
