Any suggestions for a really good but cheap HRM watch?

    I have the New Balance one because I didn't quite want to spend the money on a Polar Fitness one but wanted one of quality. I bought the one for women at Target and I love it. It does everything the Polar Fitness one does for half the price. I would highly recommend it. It has the chest strap and the wrist band, but the chest strap isn't cumbersome or anything, as it is the ladies version so it is smaller.
