UGH....need to get back on track.....

I don't know what has gotten into me lately. The past 2-3 days have been terrible when it comes to my diet. I have been eating so many carbs it isn't even funny. Last night when I went to bed I realized I didn't have a single veggie or piece of fruit all day. I feel the sluggishness too. I have been managing to exercise a bit but not the way I was last week. I am under some stress but thought that I was handling it pretty good until the past few days. I am trying to get back on track. Just got done with 30 minutes on the eliptical and even raised the resistance on that. Planning on a large salad for lunch then off to work for a 12 hour night shift. Please let this be the restart of a good change.

    You can TOTALLY bounce back from this! Stress is so hard to overcome even when you're not trying to meet a goal. You're gonna take off from here, I know it. Thanks so much for sharing and good luck!
  • I've had almost a week & a half of this same problem. Help I need motivation so tired all the time ... Tired of eating meat, fruit & veges.. I want carbs!
