The big picture

Every once in a while I get reminders of why I plan my meals for the day. Recently I have not gone grocery shopping, bad idea!! So the last couple of days I have not eaten well and have gone over on my calories Today I was standing in the break room and there was a peice of blueberry bread left from a morning meeting. I was waiting for my lean cuisine (which I threw away) to heat up and just put the bread in my mouth. Came back to my desk to log and found that one small little peice of bread just cost me an entire meal 331 calories!!! I am sitting here looking at my lean cuuisine debating on eating it. This is one of the lean cuisines I do not like, has no flavor and my way of thinking is if I am going to count everything that enters my mouth it better be worth it in flavor and the filling me up. So now I have 500 calories for the rest of the day so have dinner and a snack to replace my lunch. My work has no vending machine (I pretend we dont becuase none of it is what I want to put in my body) and I do not have time to run and get something
Lesson learned have food, good food and options if I want to be successfull!!!
