Slow Cooker Recipies?

Hi All,

I was fortunate enough to get a slow cooker for Christmas (remeber when we used to ask for Barbies and GI Joes?), and am so excited to actually have dinner ready when I get home from work. Except I'm having a really hard time finding HEALTHY slow cooker recipies.

Does anyone have any recipies they like that don't inlcude a ton of fat? Also, nothing too weird in the ingredient list please I have a 16 month old and a husband who eats like a 16 month old...

    I love my crockpot or slow cooker.. Look under the recipe topics there are some really amazing recipes. Enjoy your slow cooker, I know you will love it too!
