Oh, the up and downs of weight! Here I am again, and ready for Day#1. So greatful of the random lady in the locker room who reminded me of this website, and grabbed my interest with the easy access of the BAR CODE! I played around in my kitchen all morning with pure excitement.

On Monday my Mighty-Spin Instructor said this, "10% is exercise, 10% is what your mama gave you, and 80% is what you EAT!? EyE OpEnEr! WHOA...., so here I go, taking precious time to re-evaluate my nutrition and overall HEALTH!

I will get my program together! I will make this happen! And, I will do it for ME!
