Here's the skinny.
Bug Cup full of ice
1 - Tablespoon Coffee Mate French Vanilla Creamer (25 calories)
1 - Chai Tea bag
1 - Splenda packet (Optional)

Make your tea in a cup with hot water like you would a normal cup of tea. The longer you soak the bag the stronger the tea is. Then when its done, pour it into your big cup of ice, add your Coffee Mate Vanilla tub and voila!! Instant Chai Iced Tea Latte!
