Having a hard time meeting goals!

I'm not sure if I have to build up more before I can finish such goals but I today started Jillians 30 days shred and I couldnt even do 6 minutes of it. Same thing with my stationary bike. I love riding a bike, even the stationary one because its something I actually enjoy (childhood memories, watching TV in front of it also makes it easy) and after taking an year of break I just started biking again. First couple of days were fine but yesterday, when I started working out, it felt like somebody upped the resistance from 1 to a 100. I, on a typical day, can do 20 minutes after a good struggle. However yesterday I was barely even able to finish 8.

I dont think I have any injury or anything. I am able to move around normal. But yesterday when I did the biking it was just crazy how difficult all of a sudden it was and today, i only did 5.5 minutes out of the 30 minutes of jillians 30 days shred.

Any tips would be helpful as to how I should go about finishing this. I at the very least want to be able to finish jillians videos daily since that is one of my goals to do!

Also, does anyone know how I record the time I spent doing jillians into MFP?

Thankyou

If you really want to finish one, you just need to do it.
There are days when I want to turn off Jillian, but I remind myself WHY I am doing it, and how much better I will look and feel afterwards. And I hate the guilt feeling I personally get when I turn a video off. Those are usually enough to make me continue. And I have days when I turn her off, and days where I phone it in. But the days when I go into the video with a positive attitude are the best, I work hard and feel it later.
I had a day last week when I got on the treadmill, was not feeling it. I drudged through the first mile, slowly. Then I stepped off - took a deep breath and reminded myself that while I'm sitting at my desk all day, I just want to be running. I'm here, I'm dressed, I'm already sweating - I decided to get back on the treadmill and give it everything I had. And I finished a few minutes faster than usual.
It's all in your head. Give your self a pep-talk if that's what it takes. Or find another activity that interests you.
