Hope you're not faint at heart, but this is huge to me. Last year when I started this journey I could not run nor do jumping jacks without a little bladder leakage. :blushing: :blushing:

I could never understand how people could function while throwing up. I always found when throwing up it comes out at both ends and I leaked a lot.

Yesterday I had a stomach bug and was hurling A LOT and no leakage. Yay!!! This was a huge surprise to me. I didn't think it was possible.

I don't leak anymore when I run or do jumping jacks either.
