    Turkey and cheese Hoagie/sub with a half a bag of baked bbq chips-

  • I don't know, probably some oatmeal. I've had a few high sodium days so I'm trying to flush it out of my system. Only thing I can find in this house that has no sodium lol!!

    Can of albacore tuna, 4 cups of lettuce, an apple and 2 tbsp of Walden Farms calorie free Italian dressing.
  • I had a Special K protein meal replacement bar and a Coke Zero. I forgot my lunch today and this the better option, even though I really wanted McDonalds! :ohwell:

    I had left over shredded taco chicken, over lettuce, tomato, onion, diced avocado and salsa w/ a little cheddar cheese. Awesome! I usually just eat left overs from the night before, it saves me some money:smile:

    I had a roasted veggie and black bean burrito with a little lite sour cream. I still have an apple and some yogurt to eat later.

    I had one of the Meijer brand lean meals, the 5 cheese lasagna......GROSS!!! I usually get the Weight Watchers lasagna forentine but these were on sale. NEVER will I do that again. (off for bowl of ice cream now....just kidding).:wink:

    I had the BEST lunch today!

    I took 2 cups of raw spinach, sliced an orange bell pepper, cut up a roma tomato, and topped it with a 4 oz Salmon filet (I buy seasoned prepackaged ones that you just pop in the oven) and some low-fat italian dressing. YUM!!

    2 slices of Arnolds light 100% whole wheat bread, oven roasted turkey breast, sliced tomato and avocado with 1 tbsp of Hellman's light mayo.

    1 oz of Garden of Eatin whole grain tortilla chips w/everything and peach salsa.

    360 calories. :bigsmile:

    Of course, I am at maintenance, pregnant and had a good workout this morning...so this is lunch #1!!:laugh:

    I had a Lean Cuisine meal... spanish style rice an enchilada... mmm it was good and kept me full for like an hour and a half!

    4 oz of 96/4 lean hamburger grilled., 1 green pepepr cut in strips, 1 tbs light ranch, 1 tbs ketchup, 1 tsp mustard, 3 dill pickle slices and a Light & Fit yogurt.

    I had Skippy's reduced fat peanut butter (1tbsp) with grape jam (fat free, 1 tsp) on 100% whole wheat bread (2 slices) and a cup of 1% milk.

    PB & Low sugar J on Nature's own double fiber wheat bread
    1 little cup (4 oz) no sugar added apple sauce
  • Yummy Lunch today !

    Used a Low Carb Wheat Tortilla
    filled with 4 oz ground cooked lean turkey
    1/8 cup of kidney beans
    1/8 avacado
    mixed light sour cream with trader joes salsa
    and just a touch of reduced fat cheese
    all for just under 300 calories and I'm so stuffed I cant move ;)
