i was always in decent shape in college but after college really let myself go as you can see. decided one day after many failed attempts that i was going to change and stick to it....didnt use any gimmicks or fad diets.....no dvd programs or 10 min miracle workouts....no pills or drinks....just ate sensibly and excercised. did it by myself and honestly it wasnt that hard...still trying to lose the last 10 to tone up but that could take a little bit. hope this helps motivate someone out there. thanks.
