Does it matter when you eat?

I've been trying to lose weight since New Year and am consistently staying around my goals but I'm now finding it hard to lose anything
I've noticed on my diaries that although I eat 3 meals a day and have a low cal snack mid morning and mid afternoon, most of my intake is at tea time. I do my workouts at night after the kids are in bed so I hope I burn off atleast some of the calories.
Does anyone know if WHEN in the day you eat calories has any effect on weight loss?
(My diary is open if you want to take a look at what I mean)

My nutritionist has said NO calorie intake vs. calories burned is cumulative throughout the day; however eating on a regular schedule to keep your body stress hormones in check and not allowing yourself to get starved to the point of pigging out when you do finally get the chance to eat. Good luck0
