I went on this website, and it's telling me to get to my goal weight of 140 pounds I have to be eating a BUNCH more than I have been..especially with a physical schedule. Anyone follow this site? Does it seem legit?

I looked up my info on the site and it's accurate for me.

It also depends on if you're trying to maintain or lose....? If I were to "maintain" I'd be eating just 1900cals. I'm trying to lose so I'm actually eating just over 1400.

Well you could always try it for a month or so and see how it works out for you. I love fat2fit radio and was just thinking of posting a similar topic about their calorie allowance vs. mfp! Mine was pretty close to what MFP gives though when I put my weight loss at 1 lb a week. Hope that helps!!

See mine is way off. I said my goal weight is 145 pounds. Most days I'm extremely active teaching two fitness classes. Even if I went to just "very active" it would have me eating almost 2500 calories...on my sedentary day it would be 1735! That's much higher. Even on a moderately active day...say I teach one class....would be 2241. Very interesting stuff.
