Weight Loss Help

I have been layed up since November 1st with a broken foot. I gained all my weight back and a few extra lbs. I'm still in a boot therefore, limited on what exercises i can do. Can anyone give me some ideas on what I can do without jumping, running, standing too long? Any and all help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
