Plateau, need to add more calories

I was losing pounds consistently for two months without exercise. Since I started regular exercise six weeks ago I haven't dropped any weight at all. My calories are under 1000 most days. That's what I'm comfortable cooking and eating. I eat very clean. What type of calories should I add. I'm not hungry, dragging, or low energy. I'm open to all opinions. Should I add Carbs, Proteins, or Fat? That's my question to everyone. Thanks Much, Melanie
