I am new to this whole diet thing. I had a baby boy 6 months ago and I need to get back into shape. Im a stay at home mom and I can cook. I need help dieting. I know I can do it. I have lost weight already but I need to be on a better diet. My boyfriend tries to help but he has such a high metabolism he cant gain weight and he can eat like crazy. If abnyone can help me by inboxing me or adding me as a friend I would greatly appreciate it.

One thing that is simple and increases your metabolism is eating smaller portions more often. Say if you are set at 2000 calories a day to lose try spacing it out in 5 or 6 meals a day. I'm doing this and I'm hungry about every 2 hours. I don't even really feel like I'm on a diet, I can eat anything I want within reason but depending on what it is smaller portions. For me I try to not eat more then 700 Cal at a time, if I go over I'm too stuffed. Just doing this you should start losing if you run a calorie deficit.
P.s. look into the spike diet, I'm starting it this week.0
