  • Go to waldenfarms.com and check out all there products, do some research on it. It might not be 100% natural, obviously since its 0 calories, but hey it gives me the flavor! All of Walden Farms products are 0 calories, carbs, fat, etc. so i enjoy that

    1. it's not natural
    2. it's not zero calories.

They are allowed to round down if a serving size is <5 calories. So by making tiny serving sizes, and filling the jar with a bunch of yuck, they can say it is zero calories when it isn't.

I don't try recipes that come with the caveat that it won't taste very good. LOL
  • Grilled Cheese-

2 Slices of Fat Free American Singles[30 cal per slice, 5g protein]

    Nutrition- 140 Cal. 15g Carbs, 20g Protein, 2g Fat!

i'd rather just eat real peanut butter and get all the nutrition that comes with it. i don't mind sacrificing the calories - i just do half a serving size on my pb sandwich :)

Processed, processed, processed. I prefer to put natural things in my body.

PS Fat isn't bad for you.

    BUMP!!!
  • I tried Walden Farms before I knew anything about it..
The chocolate syrup is okay in SMALL amounts - but that peanut spread crap? It's just nasty. It's bitter, and thick, and oily tasting.
My dog even refuses to eat it ^.^

Tried their alfredo sauce too...bitter, and extremely salty tasting...tried mixing in a small amount with Prego's light alfredo...the taste was still too overpowering :/

I'd rather having a heaping teaspoon of Jif's natural, for sure.

    This^^^^

Why sacrifice good calories for processed ''0 cal'' artificial junk?
Natural peanut butter (ingredients= peanuts only) is good for your body.
  • never said fat was bad for you. Less Fat = Less calories. Fat contains 9 calories per gram, compared to carbs and protein which contain 4 calories per gram.
