How do I know where my targets should be for the day? I mean like my Protien, carbs, etc... can anyone help me?

I learned a few things about this in Nutrition class this semester...
Protein: multiply your body weight in Kilograms by 0.8 (minimum) or 2 (max)
Carbs should be 45% to 60% of your calorie intake, but they should be mostly complex carbs (fiber and starch). Fructose is fine (found in fruit). 1 gram of carbs is 4 calories.
Fat should be between 20 to 35% of your calorie intake. However, saturated fats should not be more than 7% of your calorie intake.0 -
you can get a hundred different answers on this. I personally have mine set to 40/30/30. I feel better on a diet higher in protein, but it's more a matter of personal preference.0
