I am on a path to get healthy and by tracking my food and exercises I believe is going to help. I need to lose a lot of weight and am slowly moving towards a more positive me.

    Hi Tracy-My name is Cheryl and I just started using "My Fitness Pal' on Feb 1st and so far I've lost 6 pounds, was 7 but I gained 1 back. I found that by keeping track of what I eat, encourages me to eat things that are more healthy. I also found that I need to exercise more to offset those times when I go over my goals.
