    Only way I know to get the weight off is the old fashion way. Eat well, workout and good sleep.

    I had thought it probably did nothing. I just keep hearing ppl talk about it.

    I have read a lot about Sensa on product review sites, and there is a major problem with their customer service. They offer a free trial in their ads and wind up charging for the free trial and usually another $90-$180 after that. They will do anything they can to avoid having a customer cancel their next shipment or return the product.

    Some people report losing weight, but of course, the product instructions recommend a low calorie diet, so who knows what is working.

    I did read that some people had a side effect of a burning sensation in their mouths, some quite severe.

    thats scarey!! im not going to do it. I prefer the real and right way.
