What time of day should I be eating calories?

Does it matter what time of day you eat your goal calories for the day? Does it matter if most of them are at night? I know I've heard you should'nt eat too many before bed, but because I'm already cutting calories, does time of day really matter that much??

    When you eat does not matter, even before bed (that is assuming you don't have a medical issue)
    People suggest eating 6 smaller meals a day to keep you from getting hungry and overeating or making poor food choices. Others find this does not work for them. But if that is not an issue for you, eat when it is convenient for you.
    I sometimes have the majority of my food before bed and have no issues losing weight.
