a) Greek Yogurt is delicious and;
b) you can use it EVERYWHERE you use sour cream w/o compromising taste, but with WAY less calories!

I have never had it. Do you purchase it at the local supermarket or do you have to get it at a specialty foods store? I can't find alot of foods and spices at my local super.

Try the FAGE brand. it is toooooo good. I can only find it at whole foods so far.
