Hi! I have a few questions about numbers that I should be looking for. I understand how calories work but I'm not sure about what is too much sugar or sodium...or how much fiber I should be getting?...or does it differ with how much you weigh?..I'm just really not sure!
Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Well, sodium, you should keep under 2,500 mg/day. Fiber should be 20 - 25 gm per day - I don't hit that on all days, but I'm usually over what MFP sets me at. The rest is kind of a personal preference. I keep my sugars and carbs low because I have diabetes, otherwise if you are getting them from healthy foods - whole grain stuff, fruits, vegies, etc., shouldn't be a worry. Hope this helps you a little! :flowerforyou:
