Pulled Pork
1.5 cups chopped onions
2.25 tsp chili powder
2.25 lbs lean pork tenderloin
1.5 cups barbecue sauce

Combine onions, chili powder, barbecue sauce and pork in crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4. Shred with two forks. Each serving is a ½ cup.

Got this recipe from SparkPeople and made it for Superbowl Sunday. It was the most tender pulled pork I’ve ever had. It was a huge hit.
