Cauliflower is one of those foods that I have never been crazy about, but how can you go wrong roasting anything with 16 cloves of garlic and rosemary. I will give this a try. Thanks.

Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes can change any dish from ordinary to fantastic! If you are afraid of the 16 cloves of garlic, start off making it with less and if you like the dish adjust the garlic to your liking! Garlic is great for you too!
