    I drink it both ways it depends on the weather outside.

    Cold. I leave it in warm water for about a min or two and then I add ice.

    hooottttttt.

    I cannot stand iced tea. Drinks that are intended to be hot (tea, coffee) should, in my opinion, only be drunk hot, otherwise they're kind of nasty.

    Has anyone tried green tea capsules? I don't like the thought of drinking so many cups of tea, but then again, I will if it is better than taking a supplement. A friend told me today that green tea can boost my metabolism, so I'm interested in the health benefits. Thanks!

    not based on the weather, but based on the temp in the office here..

    sometimes in the summer, its colder in here then winter... and in the winter, its hot. lol.

    also im in the south... so iced tea is a normal thing... more common then Coke.
