Going to the Movies & Need healthy food ideas to Eat instead

    If I know I'll be going to the movies, I usually sneak in a bottled water (usually up to $5 at the movies...ridiculous!), cut up some apples, peeled oranges, almonds, or crackers with those triangle laughing cow cheese. Saves me money and the guilt of eating more than expected. Good luck! =)

    * marshmallows are fat free. or sugar free jubes
    * brazil nuts and almonds are good
    * I have a food dehydrater to make my own slices of dried apple and bannana chips , but you can buy bags of dried fruit at health food shops.
    * celery sticks are good too and you could have a low cal no fat dip with it

    Thanks guys for all your help =) i ended up having a subway before the movie & that filled me up but i did have a choc top, but i will start to change my mindset about eating at the cinema. thanks again =)

    I would bring something like goldfish crackers if I really wanted to eat something and I always keep gum on me.
