OK.. I WENT OVER MY CARB POINTS CALORIES LEFT TO EAT.. AND THE DAY IS NOT DONE YET!!! IM FEELING A LITTLE FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I REALLY WANTED TO DO A GREAT JOB.. I HAVE 3O POUNDS TO LOSE.. IM LOOKING FOR MOTIVATION.. IM GOING TO WORK OUT TONIGHT WHEN I GET OFF.. JUST HAD TO VENT.. THANKS FOR LISTENING!!

Unless you're specifically trying to keep your carbs down, you are still o.k. The main thing is really the calorie counting. If you need to keep the carbs lower - well, you can still eat. chicken, cheese, veggies will only add a little to your carb intake. It's just one component - don't freak out on us! You're o.k. Mainly keep within your calorie allotment. :flowerforyou:

Don't focus on your mess up...just go from this point on. Often times what happens is that we focus on the mess up and end up ruining the whole day. Don't let the rest of the day be a wash. Eat vegetables...green preferrably...and it will wok out just fine. The gym tonight will help out too! Keep your head up! You can do it...one meal at a time...0
