Snacks for Early Morning workouts

Need some tips for a quick snack pre-workout. I have been working out at 5.15 and need a healthy snack rather than reaching for the biscuit tin. Something light as i can eat anything too heavy first thing in the am. Any tips would be great

My usual morning snack before a workout is fruit or crackers and cream cheese or cottage cheese.
Or, if I'm going for a long run I'll have toast or an english muffin with peanut butter and banana.
And a coffee, that's essential!0
