I saw the formula earlier where you have BMR/ # / # ( #) - # .. forgot the exact numbers in the formula...but am i supposed to be doing this everytime I use my HRM?
seems like a lot of work...
I have a Polar FT7...that asked for all of my info when i set it up...does it take the bmr into consideration?
if someone could please repost the formula, that would be lovely.

No HRM's don't take BMR into consideration. The formula is BMR/24=X/60= how many calories you burn in a minute. You are then supposed to take that number and times it by how long you worked out and subtract it from the total calorie count.
I've personally never done that with my FT7 or FT60, and I lost weight just fine.0
