Taking on a journey "back in time"

Hi, everyone. I have found this forum today and would like to introduce myself. I am a petit 5'1" woman, turned 45 last November. My weightless and fitness journey began in 2009 November. I hit a high of 70.9 Kgs. Joined a gym and started eating healthy, not counting calories. Lost something like 5 kgs within five months and then started yo yoing. I think I am insulin resistant. and being petit, the gym recommended 1200 calories were too much for me. this is despite the fact that I am always hungry and crave crisies and starches like potatoes and rice. A week ago, after a lot of reading on the internet, I have ditched the gym, started a vigorous bodyweight workout at home, that saves me considerable time (I work full-time) and leaves me huffing and puffing. Started a half-an-hour fasted walk in the morning and eating only net 950 calories. I am also fasting intermittantly using the leangains protocal and fast from 3 pm to 7 am the next morning every day. My macronutrient ratios are F/C/P: 60%/25%/15%. I consider it a journey back to health and fitness. And would lok forward to having your support down the road that must be challenging.
