Cable Guy nearly killed Jim Carreys career, how? SILLY CRITICS! It's in my opinion his best film just ahead of Eternal Sunshine!

Edit: Oh and every year around christmas time my favorite thing to do as a 28 years old single male is put on my jammies, get lots of icecream and watch the Home alone movies

I recall watching Cable guy. Personally wasnt my favorite but I didnt hated it either. I think some movies just make a comeback long after their release (think scarface).

Also, the Naked gun series were funny!

I think the humour was ahead of it's time, whenever I watch Cable Guy I think it's what a lot of comedians would write these days... what with the increased use of surrealism and darkness in humour which wasn't at all popular in the early 90s
